Project Grace Day 43: No Price Is Too High

We had to celebrate and be happy because your brother…was lost, but now he is found.”

Luke 15:32

When you know that something or someone really important to you is lost, or has ran away, you will stop at nothing until you find them again. A parent who loses her child in a department store will definitely look everywhere for him. She may even send out a search and rescue team just to be able to find her son. Her errands wouldn’t even matter to her. All that is in her heart and mind is to be able to find her child again.

No price is too high for a parent to pay to redeem his child. [Max Lucado]

God, as our Father, feels the same way entirely. He longs for every lost soul here on this planet, waiting to be found. He will always find a way to reach you, one way or another. For God, what’s more important to Him is the fact that we all are desperately lost in this world of sin and darkness. We need a Savior, a Light who will illuminate our path and show us the way to the Lord- and that’s Jesus Christ.

May it be our prayer to always seek God and His guidance in everything that we do. May it be that whenever we decide to run away from His presence, we may realize that He will always be able to find  us.
