These past two weeks have been the longest, most tiring weeks in my entire banking life. With Migration activities over and adjustment periods just starting, going home as late as 10 pm seemed to have become a normal routine for me. I had so many duties and obligations to do during the past weeks that I end up hitting the sack immediately after I get home. I really needed this one day Holiday break, Araw ng Kagitingan, to get some RnR and not think of work or any of it’s problems.
How are you spending your Kagitingan day?
Mine was as simple as:
*waking up late
It feels so good to not wake up to an alarm once in a while.
Yes, some of us may not like the idea of cleaning the house, but for me I think it’s a good way to atleast, move your muscles if you’re too tired to exercise.
*Auto care with boyfie
Since we had the whole day to relax, Edmund and I took his ride to a car shop to put on some side skirts and chin for accessories. It’s a nice way to get to know another side of your boyfriend, you know. 🙂
*home movie marathon
After taking the car to the shop, we had a movie marathon at Edmund’s house. Watching movies while munching on Mr.Chips and some Soda is just refreshing.
To cap off the day, we had a wonderful night swimming session at Xavier Estates. For just P250.00, you can use the pool to your heart’s content for the whole day.
I hope you guys were also able to relax and refresh yourself from all your busy schedules. 🙂
This is it for now. Goodnight!
